Start with the exact configuration.

Save the model name and the size, wood, finish and heater options you want. A starting price may refer to one configuration. Confirm the selected configuration's current price and availability in the written quote before ordering.

• Cabin or room kit, including the selected size and finish.
• Heater, compatible controls, stones and required accessories.
• Glass, door, benches, lighting and any optional items.
• Applicable tax, freight charges and any payment or cancellation terms.

Name the work outside the box.

A delivered kit, an assembled cabin and an installed sauna describe different scopes. Ask where the delivery ends and who moves each component from that point to its final location. If a quote includes installation, identify the work it covers and its exclusions.

• Unloading, carrying, lifting equipment and assembly.
• Base, floor or structural preparation and weather protection.
• Electrical supply, disconnects and final connection as required for the model.
• Ventilation, drainage, permits and inspections where applicable.
• Site cleanup, commissioning and handover instructions.

Custom work has a design stage.

For a room designed around your property, design and fabrication are separate scopes. Agree on the design deliverables first. Fabrication and installation pricing follow the approved layout, equipment selection and current vendor pricing.

You can buy a product through Solaire and use your own contractor, or ask us to quote help with the installation. Identify who owns each task in either arrangement. A clear division helps prevent a missing base, an incomplete heater package or an unpriced delivery lift.

Put quotes next to each other and mark each line as included, excluded or still to be confirmed. Do not treat an unpriced item as free. Separate estimated allowances from fixed prices, and record any conditions that could change the total or schedule.
