Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement

Effective September 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of solairesaunas.com, the public sauna designer, client portals and shared links, and the Solaire project workspace at app.solairesaunas.com (together, the “services”). By using the services you agree to them. If you use the services for a company, you agree on that company's behalf.

01What Solaire provides

Solaire Saunas designs saunas and thermal rooms, supplies materials, publishes build playbooks, consults, and general-contracts builds. The software services support that work: design and drawing tools, document and schedule sharing, client portals, and an internal project workspace for Solaire and its collaborators.

02Accounts and access

Workspace accounts are provisioned by Solaire. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Portal and share links are for the people they are sent to. Do not republish them.

03Estimate and appointment texts

By separately opting in to Solaire Saunas texts, you agree to receive messages about your estimate request and appointments, which may include automated confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing a sauna or requesting an estimate.

Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You can also contact projects@solairesaunas.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle messaging information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Submitting an estimate request does not book an appointment. A visit date and time must be agreed with Solaire. Preliminary estimates identify assumptions and allowances; final project scope and pricing are agreed separately.

04License

Solaire grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software services for your project or your work with Solaire. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or build competing services from them, except where the law permits it regardless of this term.

05Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • No interference with the services: probing, scraping, overloading, or bypassing access controls.
  • No misrepresentation of who you are or who you act for.

06Your content

You own your project data. You grant Solaire the license needed to host, process, back up, and display it in order to run the services and deliver the project. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

07Third-party integrations

Workspace administrators can connect QuickBooks (Intuit), Ramp, and Google Workspace. Each connection is optional, authorized through the provider's own sign-in, and governed by that provider's terms. We access only what the feature needs, and a connection can be disconnected at any time from the workspace or revoked at the provider.

08Construction engagements

The software supports project delivery; it is not the engagement itself. Design, materials, consulting, and construction work are governed by the proposal or contract signed for that project. If these terms and a project contract conflict, the project contract prevails for that project.

09Intellectual property

Solaire owns the services, the Solaire brand, and its portfolio. Ownership and license of project deliverables (drawings, specifications, and documents issued for a project) are set by the project contract.

10Disclaimers

The software services are provided “as is.” Drawings, takeoffs, and pricing produced in the software are working documents; they are not issued-for-construction documents unless a project contract says so. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Solaire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from the software services. Solaire's total liability for claims relating to the software services is limited to the greater of $100 and the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits either party's obligations under a signed project contract.

12Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Solaire against claims arising from your content or your misuse of the services.

13Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. Solaire may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the services. Sections that by their nature should survive (your content license for completed work, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) survive termination.

14Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the services after a change means you accept it.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in New York.
