Selected KIP model is listed for this exact cabin in Auroom Rev 260507. Verify placement and electrical supply before ordering.
- Controls and temperature protection · Supplier-listed inclusion
Built-in KIP B timer, thermostat, capillary sensor and safety limit control are covered by the heater price. A separate Harvia control is not needed. Remote or Wi-Fi control requires a different heater/control package.
- Sauna stones · Included in equipment budget
One 44 lb AC3000 box priced separately with the heater order. Dealer required-components selector specifies one box; its description also says 50 lb. Confirm the exact current heater stone capacity and supplied box weight before order; load stones to the heater manual, without exposing elements.
- Heater guard and mounting · Supplier-listed inclusion
Cabin supplier lists a heater guard; heater mounting hardware is included. Check that the factory guard and mounting backing suit the selected heater; do not charge a second guard.
- Lighting and factory accessories · Supplier-listed inclusion
Installation manual lists LED strip and cable, transformer, LED receiver and wireless lighting switch. Factory accessories include bucket, ladle, thermometer, hygrometer and timer; no duplicate lighting/control charge.
- Floor and finished faces · Supplier-listed inclusion
Duckboard/floor grid is part of the cabin selection. Confirm the required finished exterior faces and the underlying prepared floor; additional room finishes or floor construction are separate.
- Electrical circuit and final hookup · Separate scope
Dedicated correctly sized circuit, breaker, site/heat-rated wiring, cable extensions, protected auxiliary-lighting supply, disconnects where required and final heater/sensor connections are priced by the licensed electrician. These are essential site work and are outside cabin supply and $3,200 kit assembly.
- Ventilation and commissioning · Confirm with quote
Confirm factory ventilation openings/fittings, heater clearances, guard and lighting contents against both cabin and heater manuals. Any additional fan/ducts or alterations need a separate price. Commission the complete system after final electrical hookup.
- Base, access and installation scope · Separate scope
Prepared level load-bearing site, access and unloading are prerequisites. Slab/deck work, drainage, permits, crane/forklift, difficult carry and travel are separately priced. $3,200 applies only to the defined small-kit assembly; custom DWILD installation needs a measured estimate.
